Britt Private Capital is based in Southern California and is the private investment firm of Chris L. Britt. The firm’s focus is on making control oriented equity investments in businesses that are either leaders in their market segments, or have the foundation to become leaders in their market segments with the addition of capital and guidance.

The firm was established based upon three basic principles: (1) partner with strong and experienced operating managers with ambitions for growth and value creation; (2) partner when appropriate with other private investors, family offices and individuals with whom we share common values and goals; and (3) balance the traditional private equity “exit” time frame with our interests in owning and building value in businesses over longer periods of time. In short, we are patient investors with a long-term view, and desire to work with partners who both add value to the companies but also are enjoyable to work with.
